The courses are divided on the basis of skills as follows:

AMBASSADOR: to acquire basic notions about the product, know how to describe it and manage the price list.

PLATFORM DEVELOPER: to learn how to configure and customize the platform by creating new Notes, Workflows or Apps.

PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR: to learn how to configure and monitor the platform.
