Connected systems
An integrated ecosystem where applications, data, and workflows operate as one seamless clinical pathway.
Reduce digital complexity, connect clinical data, and launch new care pathways faster. Nuvyta gives healthcare organizations a governed, vendor-neutral foundation that evolves with their priorities, existing systems, and patient journeys.
Fragmented architectures slow down new services, duplicate work, and trap clinical information inside individual applications. Nuvyta connects what already exists so healthcare organizations can move from complex IT projects to measurable, continuous improvement.
↓An integrated ecosystem where applications, data, and workflows operate as one seamless clinical pathway.
New digital pathways configured faster, without restarting from custom development every time.
Standardized, governed clinical information available for analytics, AI, and operational decisions.
A vendor-neutral architecture designed to integrate partners, systems, and new use cases over time.
Design
Clinical and operational teams configure forms, workflows, and digital pathways visually, reducing dependence on bespoke development.
Govern
Standardized, governed clinical information becomes available across systems, services, analytics, and future AI use cases.
Orchestrate
Applications, people, data, and clinical events work together without forcing users to jump between disconnected environments.
Enable
A vendor-neutral, AI-ready foundation protects existing investments while making every next digital initiative easier to deliver.
NuPlatform connects data, processes, configuration, and strategy in one architecture designed to grow with Healthcare Organizations.
Native FHIR. A single repository for every system.
Enabling fast and simple Clinical Process Management.
Configure new workflows without writing code.
Most clinical platforms are built and owned by the same systems integrator that implements them, so choosing the platform and choosing the integrator become the same decision. Nuvyta is different: an independent product vendor, not an SI. That separation means you pick NuPlatform for the technology, then pick whoever you trust most to deliver it, instead of inheriting a delivery team along with the software.
Centralization and standardization of clinical data into a coherent, reusable asset.
Impact starts with a reliable digital foundation: more reusable data, fewer disconnected workflows, faster delivery of new services, and a clearer path from technology investment to operational value.
Internal evaluations and measured outcomes show how a reusable clinical foundation can reduce integration effort, accelerate delivery, and improve data readiness.
Protect what already works. Create a governed, reusable foundation for every next workflow, service, partner, and AI initiative.
Clinical data, workflows, applications, and governance rules are scattered across systems and suppliers.
Organizations configure, connect, govern, and scale new use cases without rebuilding the architecture each time.
See how regions, hospital networks or single hospitals use Nuvyta to connect data, protect existing workflows, and build a more adaptable digital foundation.
Create a shared clinical foundation across a complex regional ecosystem.
A flexible, vendor-neutral source of truth supporting repository, terminology, consent, patient-viewer, BPMN, and no-code capabilities.
One governed layer serving hospitals, providers, and thousands of clinical users.
“A common clinical foundation makes every next service easier to scale.”
Evolve a major hospital environment without disrupting critical clinical workflows.
A strategic bridge that standardizes data through FHIR while connecting existing systems and new services.
Safer evolution, more actionable information, and a future-ready architecture.
“Innovation became an evolution of our ecosystem, not another isolated project.”
Connect clinical information and workflows across a distributed rehabilitation network.
A digital clinical foundation combining interoperability, proactive care, and closed-loop pharmacy processes.
More continuous care across locations, teams, and patient journeys.
“Connected information helps teams deliver continuity beyond individual facilities.”

NuPlatform enables a new healthcare architecture: governed clinical data, configurable processes, open ecosystems, and an AI-ready foundation.
A FHIR-native repository to centralize, standardize, and reuse longitudinal clinical data.
Clinical processes modeled with visual tools, structured events, and end-to-end orchestration.
Forms, dashboards, widgets, and workflows configured to launch new use cases in weeks.
A coherent, governed, and interoperable data foundation for advanced analytics and Machine Learning models.
It needs an infrastructure capable of connecting applications, data, partners, and clinical pathways without rebuilding the whole architecture every time.
NuPlatform includes AI capabilities designed and developed directly by Nuvyta for the healthcare context. These are the principles behind every AI feature we ship.
Built in-house by NuvytaEvery AI-based feature is designed as decision support: the healthcare professional always remains at the centre of the care pathway.
Models work on standardized, traceable, governed clinical data, reducing the risk of results built on inconsistent or incomplete information.
Clinical data is processed in line with GDPR and applicable healthcare regulations, with data minimization and access controls at every level.
NuPlatform’s AI features are designed to make the reasoning behind each suggestion traceable, not just the final output.
Models and data pipelines are monitored and reviewed over time, to catch drift, errors, or unexpected behaviour before they become an operational problem.
We develop NuPlatform’s AI features taking into account the requirements for high-risk AI systems in healthcare under the European regulatory framework.
